Bref, tout \u00e7a pour vous dire que les canards sont \u00e0 nouveau absents du budget &#8230; Destiny n&rsquo;a donc pas compris la recette d&rsquo;un bon budget. Alors en exclusivit\u00e9, je vous la donne !<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>donner une prime aux canards, \u00e7a c&rsquo;est important<\/li>\n<li>ne pas r\u00e9compenser Krusty, on a vu ce que \u00e7a a donn\u00e9 par le pass\u00e9, et \u00e7a reviendrait \u00e0 promouvoir la d\u00e9bauche sur VPM<\/li>\n<li>donner des grosses primes \u00e0 ceux qu&rsquo;on veut r\u00e9compenser<\/li>\n<li>ne rien donner aux autres<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Merci \u00e0 tous, prochain cours la semaine prochaine &#8230; et place \u00e0 ce <strong>266e Les partis du top 8 sont dans une bonne dynamique, et la mont\u00e9e vers le sommet est tr\u00e8s fluide !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Sur les retours par contre, notre gros bison mignon voit <span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>rouge<\/strong><\/span> ! Et je dis pas \u00e7a parce que les <span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><em>rebelles<\/em><\/span> sont dans le lot ! Je vais vous donner un scoop, mais en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral dans ce CN, quand on monte pas, on chute (sauf exceptions) ! Et oui Jamy, c&rsquo;est la <em>loi du plus fort<\/em> !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-32361 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/vpmedias.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/podium1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"51\" height=\"35\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #800000\"><strong>Podium<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">En haut du podium, les <span style=\"color: #ffcc00\"><strong>Politocards<\/strong><\/span>, bien que premiers, amorcent une descente qui pourraient bien les mener tr\u00e8s loin dans le classement. La faute \u00e0 qui ? <em><a href=\"http:\/\/wiki.vpmedias.fr\/Tichon\">Tichon<\/a><\/em>, le secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. En effet, il a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de saborder son parti, et c&rsquo;est ainsi qu&rsquo;<em><a href=\"http:\/\/wiki.vpmedias.fr\/Krustyisback\">Escaliers<\/a><\/em> les rejoint le 25 septembre. En plus de leur faire perdre l&rsquo;\u00cele de France, il les fait baisser (et si on regarde le classement actuel, les Politocards sont 2es !) &#8230; mais que fait <em><a href=\"http:\/\/wiki.vpmedias.fr\/Marengo\">Rivoli<\/a><\/em> ? La s\u00e9nilit\u00e9 semble r\u00e9currente dans ce parti &#8230; car lui aussi <a href=\"http:\/\/www.votezpourmoi.com\/jeu\/forum_msg.php?idsujet=34298&amp;id=1&amp;recherche=\">d\u00e9fend le clown<\/a> !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">En deuxi\u00e8me position, le challenger du moment, le <span style=\"color: #999999\"><strong>Parti en Live<\/strong><\/span> ! Hiss\u00e9 vers la premi\u00e8re place gr\u00e2ce au score de <em><a href=\"http:\/\/wiki.vpmedias.fr\/Chesnutree\">Chesnutree<\/a><\/em> \u00e0 Dijon, le parti est d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 m\u00eame de d\u00e9passer les Politocards, qu&rsquo;on s&rsquo;attend d&rsquo;ailleurs \u00e0 voir d\u00e9gringoler (voir l&rsquo;analyse du dessus !). A noter aussi, le score de <em><a href=\"http:\/\/wiki.vpmedias.fr\/Baghera\">Baghera<\/a><\/em> \u00e0 Paris, qui fait gagner quelques \u00e9lecteurs au parti, mais rien de bien capital, ne vous affolez pas &#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Sur la derni\u00e8re marche du podium, on retrouve la <span style=\"color: #800000\"><strong>Soupe aux Choux<\/strong><\/span> ! Sous la direction de <a href=\"http:\/\/wiki.vpmedias.fr\/Fernandel\"><em>Fernandel<\/em><\/a>, qui donne sa ration de soupe \u00e0 chacun avant chaque nouvelle campagne, le parti semble reparti \u00e0 la conqu\u00eate de la premi\u00e8re place ! Usant de m\u00e9thodes plus fourbes les unes que les autres (cours de cuisine, r\u00e9duc&rsquo;s chez Quick&#8230;), le parti remonte la pente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-20023 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/vpmedias.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/arrow_in.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"29\" height=\"29\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #008000\"><strong>Hausses<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Ah l\u00e0, c&rsquo;est la <span style=\"color: #008000\"><em>fiesta boum boum<\/em><\/span> pour tout le monde (enfin ceux qui sont bons). Fiesta boum boum au <span style=\"color: #008000\"><strong>Parti en Live<\/strong><\/span>, qui se remet \u00e0 peine de la victoire \u00e0 Dijon (mais on oublie pas la <a href=\"http:\/\/vpmedias.fr\/?p=36185\">d\u00e9faite aux r\u00e9gionales<\/a> !), et qui monte de 3.7pts ! Presque rien ne le s\u00e9pare de la premi\u00e8re place ! Fiesta boum boum \u00e0 la <span style=\"color: #008000\"><strong>Soupe aux Choux<\/strong><\/span>, qui conserve sa troisi\u00e8me place et grimpe de 1.7pt, de quoi mettre de la distance avec les <span style=\"color: #008000\"><strong>Chopins d&rsquo;Abord<\/strong><\/span>, qui se hissent au pied du podium ! Fiesta boum boum au <span style=\"color: #008000\"><strong>LabolitiK<\/strong><\/span>, r\u00e9cemment \u00e9lu meilleur parti de VPM{{1}} qui prend 5 places et 1.01pt. Enfin, fiesta boum boum \u00e0 la <span style=\"color: #008000\"><strong>Coalition Franco-Belge<\/strong><\/span>, aux <span style=\"color: #008000\"><strong>Inconnus<\/strong><\/span>, aux <span style=\"color: #008000\"><strong>Warthogs<\/strong><\/span>, et au <span style=\"color: #008000\"><strong>Parti Pour Gagner<\/strong><\/span>, qui progressent tous !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-20024 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/vpmedias.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/arrow_out.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"29\" height=\"29\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>Baisses<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">D&rsquo;un autre c\u00f4t\u00e9, c&rsquo;est la <span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><em>douche froide<\/em><span style=\"color: #000000\"> pour les autres partis. Impossible de passer \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la d\u00e9b\u00e2cle rebelle : le <span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>Front de la R\u00e9bellion<\/strong><\/span> et le <span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>Parti D\u00e9terministre<\/strong><\/span> peuvent \u00eatre\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><em>rouges<\/em><span style=\"color: #000000\"> de honte !<\/span><\/span> En effet, la Coalition Franco-Belge a r\u00e9cemment <a href=\"http:\/\/www.votezpourmoi.com\/jeu\/forum_msg.php?idsujet=34226&amp;id=8&amp;recherche=\">quitt\u00e9 la grande alliance rebelle<\/a> et les partis membres ont donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9s de foirer leur campagnes pour protester, et ainsi figurer en rouge dans le classement ! En tous cas, ils ont bien r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 se faire remarquer !
