Il semblerait qu&rsquo;avoir \u00e9crit <a href=\"https:\/\/vpmedias.fr\/?p=29\">le tout premier classement national <\/a>de VPM\u00e9dias en octobre 2008 me donne droit \u00e0 quelques lignes dans ce sp\u00e9cial. Heureusement que d&rsquo;autres ont eu les moyens de mes ambitions, puisque si on\u00a0 avait attendu un deuxi\u00e8me classement national de ma part&#8230; nous l&rsquo;aurions aujourd&rsquo;hui pr\u00e8s de 10 ans plus tard ! Je voudrais tout de m\u00eame faire un clin d&rsquo;oeil \u00e0 ceux qui l&rsquo;ont fait avant moi : La tradition des journaux sur VPM a d\u00e9but\u00e9 avec <a href=\"https:\/\/wiki.vpmedias.fr\/Pooky\">Pooky <\/a>et son <a href=\"https:\/\/vpmedias.fr\/archives\/vpmnews\/03-12-07-1\">VPM News<\/a>, notons tout de m\u00eame l&rsquo;horrible format du journal et le classement de l&rsquo;\u00e9poque, en nombre d&rsquo;adh\u00e9rents plut\u00f4t qu&rsquo;en pourcentage.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>P<\/strong><\/span><strong>our la petite histoire<\/strong>,<strong> VPM commence<\/strong> avec un <a href=\"http:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20071229233354\/http:\/\/www.votezpourmoi.com:80\/classements.php\">classement des joueurs et des partis les plus riches<\/a> passant devant le classement d&rsquo;adh\u00e9rents !\u00a0 En 2008, apparaissent les r\u00e9gions et donc, un nouveau <a href=\"http:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20080129101129\/http:\/\/www.votezpourmoi.com:80\/classements.php\">classement par r\u00e9gion<\/a>. Toujours en 2008, c&rsquo;est le scandale, les partis peuvent d\u00e9sormais d\u00e9clarer eux-m\u00eame leur nombre d&rsquo;adh\u00e9rents, s&rsquo;ensuivront plusieurs <a href=\"https:\/\/vpmedias.fr\/archives\/vpmnews\/07-04-08-1\">classements<\/a> plus ou moins fiables. L&rsquo;administration voudrait voir dispara\u00eetre les classements afin que les joueurs se concentrent davantage sur les campagnes (on en parle bri\u00e8vement dans l&rsquo;\u00e9dition du <a href=\"https:\/\/vpmedias.fr\/archives\/vpmnews\/21-07-08-1\">21 juillet 2008)<\/a>. Suite \u00e0 de nombreuses protestations des joueurs, <a href=\"http:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20081020224513\/http:\/\/www.votezpourmoi.com:80\/classements.php\">un nouveau classement est cr\u00e9\u00e9<\/a> : celui que nous connaissons tous n&rsquo;affichant plus que le r\u00e9sultat des 15 premiers partis en pourcentage d&rsquo;adh\u00e9rents, plut\u00f4t qu&rsquo;en nombre. H\u00f4tel particulier, cours priv\u00e9e, restaurant privatis\u00e9 (\u00ab\u00a0Au petit Vision\u00a0\u00bb) : la base en somme. Les bureaux \u00e9taient pens\u00e9s pour couvrir tous les besoins de mes camarades, et \u00e9viter les distractions en dehors du si\u00e8ge. Penser VPM\u00e9dias, manger VPM\u00e9dias, dormir VPM\u00e9dias, j&rsquo;ai fond\u00e9 une bo\u00eete moderne moi ! De temps en temps on fait un peu de renforcement d&rsquo;\u00e9quipe en organisant des voyages entre nous. L&rsquo;occasion d&rsquo;\u00e9crire des articles en commun, de se dorer les fesses aux frais de la princesse. Tout \u00e7a. (soupir).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\">\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/vpmedias.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/gallerie.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"311\" height=\"124\" \/>Il est 20 heures. Je prom\u00e8ne mes pas dans la grande galerie, cet immense couloir sur parquet en acajou menant \u00e0 la salle de r\u00e9daction, d&rsquo;habitude bouillant d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 mais ce soir tout \u00e0 fait d\u00e9sert. Pas de fum\u00e9e de clope, les imprimantes sont en veille, les Minitels rang\u00e9s. Aucune lingerie fine qui tra\u00eene non plus.\u00a0 Tous les journalistes sont encore sur le terrain pour l&rsquo;\u00e9dition sp\u00e9ciale du Classement National, \u00e0 22 heures, et ce calme \u00e9ph\u00e9m\u00e8re me permet d&rsquo;admirer \u00e0 loisir les photos encadr\u00e9es en grand format qui sont accroch\u00e9es aux murs. Je sors ma pipe de la poche avant de ma chemise. J&rsquo;aime bien les pipes, \u00e7a apaise, \u00e7a d\u00e9tend les muscles. Mais elles se font de plus en plus rare en ce moment. Je les garde pour les grandes occasions. \u00c0 peine le temps de plonger mon allumette dans l&rsquo;orifice qu&rsquo;un \u00e9pais brouillard s&rsquo;en d\u00e9gage, comme la fum\u00e9e sort de ces putains de centrale nucl\u00e9aires. Une agr\u00e9able odeur de tabac brun se r\u00e9pand donc dans tout le couloir. \u00c7a sent bon, je suis bien, l&rsquo;historique peut commencer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\">\u00a0La premi\u00e8re est une photo ancienne, en noir et blanc : Valerie et MrBanana, dans la newsroom, sont en pleine session d&rsquo;\u00e9criture sur un bureau d\u00e9bordant de feuilles et de stats des premiers Classement Nationaux. De vieux ordinateurs essoufl\u00e9s dans un coin, des serveurs hors d&rsquo;age dans un autre, un stock de cidre de glace sous le bureau&#8230; Mais Valerie elle n&rsquo;a pas chang\u00e9. Non. La coiffure peut-\u00eatre. Putain&#8230; dix ans.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\">\u00a0Sur cette autre, Dragalex est entour\u00e9 de journalistes dans la salle de r\u00e9daction. Une saucisse de strasbourg bien serr\u00e9e dans la main gauche, un chat <s>en peluche<\/s> vivant dans la main droite, il s&rsquo;agite dans toutes les directions, d\u00e9ploie toute son \u00e9nergie \u00e0 former son \u00e9quipe de journalistes toute novice (on distingue Ouicmoi, Spolioz, Stoat, Krustyfrancky&#8230;), dans les yeux de laquelle brille l&rsquo;\u00e9clat d&rsquo;espoir des grands si\u00e8cles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\">\u00a0La suivante est une sc\u00e8ne rare. Le clich\u00e9 rassemble en effet Fontainard et Baghera. L&rsquo;un chevauche l&rsquo;autre, je vous laisse deviner lequel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\">\u00a0Une photo toute petite dans un cadre minuscule : Magne, le visage couvert de cambouis et les bras en sang, a les mains plong\u00e9es dans une volumineuse armoire o\u00f9 semblent assembl\u00e9s circuits \u00e9lectroniques, fils \u00e9lectriques, tuyaux, bras articul\u00e9s, chaudi\u00e8res au fioul&#8230; de multiples lumi\u00e8res clignotent rouge, le Pape est sans doute en train de r\u00e9parer MagneBot.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\">\u00a0Et puis, dans le dernier cadre (\u00e9norme soupir)&#8230;. Miss Mouton. Boucles lumineuses, toison chatoyante, formes \u00e9l\u00e9gantes, la belle est l\u00e0, plus vraie que nature, mes yeux dans tes yeux, entre toi et l&rsquo;eau bleue. J&rsquo;avance la main vers le cadre&#8230;. soudain un bruit retentit derri\u00e8re moi ! Un bruit, un souffle, une rose de vie, gorg\u00e9e d&rsquo;envies. Elle se tenait l\u00e0 avec ses sous-v\u00eatements rouges &#8211; mes pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s &#8211; et ses bas r\u00e9silles noirs. Et tandis que la pipe n&rsquo;en finissait plus, je mis mes mains autour de ses joues, la serra contre moi et lui t\u00e9moigna toute mon affection. Oui et non<\/strong>, car ces deux partis ne s&rsquo;affrontent pas directement mais bien plus <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>\u00e0 distance<\/strong><\/span> dans de nombreuses villes. Les fiefs de ces partis ne sont aucunement le th\u00e9\u00e2tre d&rsquo;affrontements entre les deux g\u00e9ants du classement. <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>Paris<\/strong><\/span> est d\u00e9laiss\u00e9 par les compagnons de <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>Tontonfernand<\/strong><\/span> tandis que le <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>PLO<\/strong><\/span> fait de m\u00eame \u00e0 <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>Marseille<\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">, du moins pour l&rsquo;heure..<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">.<\/span><strong> La carte se divise au gr\u00e9 de leur strat\u00e9gie r\u00e9gionale !!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les rares points chauds se situent \u00e0 <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>Bruxelles<\/strong><\/span>, <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>Toulouse<\/strong><\/span> et <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>Montpellier<\/strong><\/span> notamment. Alors, pourquoi une baisse de <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>9.55pts<\/strong><\/span> de notre leader le <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>PLO<\/strong><\/span>?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Premi\u00e8re explication, \u00e0 <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Paris<\/strong><\/span>. <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>Laplante<\/strong><\/span> y voit son \u00e9lectorat tondu par ses adversaires. La chute est marquante, elle est maintenant au coude au coude avec <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>Starman<\/strong><\/span> qui pour sa part n&rsquo;a que l\u00e9g\u00e8rement perc\u00e9 dans les sondages. D&rsquo;autre part, rendons \u00e0 C\u00e9sar ce qui appartient \u00e0 C\u00e9sar ! Le gain de place de l&rsquo;<span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>Avenue de la Provence <\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; ne nous mentons pas &#8211;<\/span> <\/span>est en trompe-l&rsquo;oeil. Cette permi\u00e8re place s&rsquo;accompagne d&rsquo;une baisse d&rsquo;influence de <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">0.62pt<\/span><\/strong>. Le parti a perdu <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>Nice<\/strong><\/span>, se voit perdre en influence \u00e0 <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>Toulouse<\/strong><\/span> et \u00e0 <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>Montpellier<\/strong><\/span>. La perte de la r\u00e9gion Occitanie se profile donc, ne resterez plus que <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>Marseille<\/strong><\/span>. Cependant, <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>Tontonfernand<\/strong><\/span> est d&rsquo;ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 parti faire campagne \u00e0 <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>Toulouse<\/strong><\/span>. Le seul rayon de soleil, vient du chant de la cigale <strong><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Superfederer<\/span><\/strong> \u00e0 <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>Bruxelles<\/strong><\/span> qui pourrait bien &#8211; enfin &#8211; gagner la ville gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un score stable depuis plusieurs campagnes et une l\u00e9g\u00e8re \u00e9rosion du score du <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>PLO<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour l&rsquo;\u00e9volution future du classement, je vois deux \u00e9l\u00e9ments notables pour l&rsquo;entrevoir. <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>Les Tontons Flingueurs<\/strong><\/span> et <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">la<\/span><strong> r\u00e9gion Occitanie<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Les Tontons Flingueurs sont au premier plan<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En effet, malgr\u00e9 leur chute de <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>2.19pts<\/strong><\/span>, ils sont la cl\u00e9 de voute des strat\u00e9gies respectives des deux premiers partis. Par leur pr\u00e9sence \u00e0 <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>Paris<\/strong><\/span>, <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>Marseille<\/strong><\/span>, <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>Nice<\/strong><\/span> et <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>Anvers<\/strong><\/span>, ils d\u00e9tiennent les cl\u00e9s du camion. Selon leurs choix d&rsquo;alliances dans ces diff\u00e9rentes villes, ils peuvent aussi bien contribuer au naufrage du <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>PLO<\/strong><\/span> qu&rsquo;\u00e0 la flottabilit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;<span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>Avenue de la Provence<\/strong><\/span>. Ils sont l&rsquo;alli\u00e9 indispensable. N\u00e9anmoins, ils peuvent aussi envisager de profiter des rivalit\u00e9s entre ces deux partis pour se faufiler et prendre la premi\u00e8re place en facteur. Tour \u00e0 tour propri\u00e9t\u00e9 des <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>Barbouzes<\/strong><\/span> puis de l&rsquo;<span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>Avenue de la Provence<\/strong><\/span> (ce mois-ci), <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>Lebousier<\/strong><\/span> a d\u00e9cid\u00e9, selon mes sources, de prendre les choses en main en allant \u00e0 l&rsquo;abordage de <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>Montpellier<\/strong><\/span> puisque la ville semble \u00eatre la raison de leurs pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents \u00e9checs dans le gain de la r\u00e9gion. R\u00e9sultat pour le moment, le <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>PLO<\/strong><\/span> est le parti le plus influent de l&rsquo;<span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>Occitanie<\/strong><\/span>. Pour contrer cette man\u0153uvre, et \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9poque en appuis de <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>Swiss<\/strong><\/span> &#8211; qui me remplace dans la ville apr\u00e8s mon transfert &#8211; <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>Segalle<\/strong><\/span> a point\u00e9 (avec l&rsquo;aide du parti alli\u00e9, les Barbouzes) le bout de son nez. D\u00e9couvrez plus bas dans cet article la courte analyse de cette ville.<\/p>\n<h2>Mouvements en eaux profondes<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pendant qu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;avant, les partis rament, <span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>les Rois Mages -LRM-<\/strong><\/span>, la <span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>Purple ConneXion<\/strong><\/span> et le <span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>Parti For Ever<\/strong><\/span> se taillent la part du lion. Cons\u00e9quence, le quatri\u00e8me et le cinqui\u00e8me lorgnent fortement sur la place des<strong> Tontons Flingueurs<\/strong> qui, il y a une semaine, n&rsquo;\u00e9taient visible qu&rsquo;\u00e0 travers leurs p\u00e9riscopes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A l&rsquo;inverse &#8211; toutefois dans une moindre mesure &#8211; le <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Parti des Escrocs (PE)<\/strong><\/span> prend l&rsquo;eau (fait entrevue avec les baisses relatives d&rsquo;influence \u00e0 l&rsquo;Ouest et \u00e0 l&rsquo;Est), tout comme celui des Barbouzes avec des pertes respectives de <strong>deux<\/strong> et <strong>quatre places<\/strong>. De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, les partis se rapprochent de plus en plus, puisque les plus influents perdent une partie de leur base \u00e9lectorale, ce qui favorisent les gains et pertes de places \u00e0 l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re. C&rsquo;est m\u00e9canique !!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le <span style=\"color: #ffcc00;\"><strong>Parti en Live<\/strong><\/span> (12e) et le <span style=\"color: #ffcc00;\"><strong>Parti Alchimiste<\/strong><\/span> (15e) en profitent \u00e9galement pour revenir dans le top15 au d\u00e9triment du <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>LabolitiK<\/strong> <\/span>qui n&rsquo;en finit plus de nous vendre son retour tout comme <strong>Magne<\/strong> avec le <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Parti Orgasmique (PO)<\/strong><\/span>. Enfin, le <strong>Parti Pour Magouiller [PPM]<\/strong>, le <strong>Parti Pour le Plaisir (PPP)<\/strong> et le <strong>parti de Blackbeard<\/strong> perdent tous des places, mais gagnent <strong>0.42 \u00e0 0.6%<\/strong>. Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement a donc provoqu\u00e9 l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e de <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>Jackderly<\/strong><\/span> d\u00e8s le 19 juillet dans la ville pour reprendre le flambeau.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pendant ce temps l\u00e0, <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>Lorstin<\/strong><\/span> continue \u00e0 naviguer dans les m\u00eames eaux, soit environ 25-27%. <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>Lebousier<\/strong><\/span> grignote petit \u00e0 petit et se classe deuxi\u00e8me avec 14.8%, tandis que <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>Filsdemagne<\/strong><\/span> est anormalement haut avec 14.3% !! Forte de ses 2 243 000 , soit 11.8% des\u00a019 086 000 habitants que compte notre pays, <span style=\"color: #1f6ca6;\"><em>Paris<\/em><\/span> est\u00a0<strong>la<\/strong> ville \u00e0 gagner au moins une fois dans sa carri\u00e8re politique de VPMien. On y retrouve ainsi r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement les \u00ab\u00a0l\u00e9gendes\u00a0\u00bb du jeu, qui viennent s&rsquo;affronter dans la ville lumi\u00e8re. Emmen\u00e9 par <a href=\"http:\/\/www.votezpourmoi.com\/jeu\/fiche_joueur.php?joueur=laplante\">Laplante<\/a>, qui s&rsquo;\u00e9tait envol\u00e9e vers d&rsquo;autres cieux au cours de la derni\u00e8re campagne \u2014 passant par la m\u00eame \u00e0 2.93pts du record de <a href=\"https:\/\/wiki.vpmedias.fr\/Babouche\">Babouche<\/a> \u2014 , le parti est clairement en perte de vitesse dans la capitale.\u00a0 Entre le premier jour de pr\u00e9-campagne, o\u00f9 le taux d&rsquo;ind\u00e9cision \u00e9tait de 24%, et le 22 juillet, o\u00f9 il s&rsquo;\u00e9tablit \u00e0 23% \u2014 soit une baisse d&rsquo;un point en une semaine \u2014 , le<strong> <span style=\"color: #1f6ca6;\">PLO<\/span><\/strong> a perdu 33.2pts. Cette baisse cons\u00e9quente a \u00e9videmment permis la mont\u00e9e des autres partis dans la ville. Accueillant 1 000 000 d&rsquo;habitants, soit pr\u00e8s de deux fois moins que Paris, elle est la deuxi\u00e8me ville la plus importante du jeu et repr\u00e9sente tout de m\u00eame 5% de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectorat VPMien.\u00a0\u00a0<span style=\"color: #1f6ca6;\"><em>Bruxelles<\/em><\/span> est ainsi une ville attractive qui accueille les partis d\u00e9sireux de grimper dans le top 15, tout en gagnant du pognon \u2014 ce qui s&rsquo;appelle, je crois, joindre l&rsquo;utile \u00e0 l&rsquo;agr\u00e9able. Et bien, figurez-vous que pas tant que \u00e7a&#8230; Il y a Kroboy, il y a eu Ganad, certes&#8230; mais c&rsquo;est \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/wiki.vpmedias.fr\/Girard\">Duckkvador<\/a>, alias <a href=\"https:\/\/wiki.vpmedias.fr\/Girard\">Girard<\/a>, alias <a href=\"https:\/\/wiki.vpmedias.fr\/Girard#Barometrix\">Barometrix<\/a>, alias <a href=\"https:\/\/wiki.vpmedias.fr\/Girard#Luckyduck\">Luckyduck<\/a>, que le <span style=\"color: #1f6ca6;\"><strong>PLO<\/strong><\/span> a fait appel. En partant du postulat que Duckkvador n&rsquo;est pas un bon campagnard \u2014 n&rsquo;en d\u00e9plaise \u00e0 la dictature de Barometrix \u00e0 Orl\u00e9ans entre ao\u00fbt et d\u00e9cembre 2017 \u2014 , nous allons pouvoir analyser ce qu&rsquo;il se passe \u00e0 <span style=\"color: #1f6ca6;\"><em>Bruxelles<\/em><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Je pourrais arr\u00eater mon analyse ici, maintenant que vous savez que le canard est\u00a0<em>naturellement<\/em>\u00a0nul, et<em> de facto<\/em> d\u00e9savantag\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 ses concurrents. Seulement voil\u00e0, au regard du graphique, et du second tour de la pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente campagne \u2014 j&rsquo;en parlerai \u2014 , le principal concurrent de Duckkvador \u00e0 <span style=\"color: #1f6ca6;\"><em>Bruxelles<\/em><\/span> n&rsquo;est autre que&#8230; son alli\u00e9 Superfederer ! Ce dernier talonne en effet le canard dans les sondages depuis hier, et seuls deux petits points s\u00e9parent les deux candidats \u00e0 la mairie.\u00a0 D\u00e9j\u00e0, lors de la derni\u00e8re campagne, Superfederer avait \u00e9t\u00e9 un s\u00e9rieux concurrent pour le PLO, alors-m\u00eame qu&rsquo;ils \u00e9taient alli\u00e9s !<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><b><u>R\u00e9sultats:<\/u><\/b><br \/>\nTaux d&rsquo;abstention: 9.27 %<br \/>\n\u2666 lebousier (Parti Loyal de l\\&rsquo;Ouest (PLO)) :\u00a0<b>55.5 %<\/b><br \/>\n\u2666 superfederer (L\\&rsquo;Avenue de la Provence ) :\u00a0<b>23.35 %<\/b><br \/>\n\u2666 stl (Parti Pour Magouiller [PPM]) :\u00a0<b>21.15 %<\/b><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le candidat proven\u00e7al s&rsquo;\u00e9tait en effet maintenu face \u00e0 son alli\u00e9 feu Lebousier \u2014 comment \u00e7a, pas feu ? \u2014 , provocant des tensions entre les deux joueurs \u2014 et je ne parle pas de la tactique offensive des militants proven\u00e7aux \u00e0 l&rsquo;encontre de ceux des loyalistes&#8230; en fait si, j&rsquo;en parle. Bref, toujours est-il que cette alliance entre <span style=\"color: #1f6ca6;\"><strong>PLO<\/strong><\/span> et <span style=\"color: #1f6ca6;\"><strong>Avenue de la Provence<\/strong><\/span> semble assez chaotique&#8230; et c&rsquo;est l\u00e0 que \u00e7a devient int\u00e9ressant pour les autres joueurs !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il serait en effet assez opportun pour les autres candidats en lice de profiter des potentielles tensions qui pourraient appara\u00eetre entre les deux partis pour tirer leur \u00e9pingle du jeu. Qui aurait cru, il y a quelques temps, qu&rsquo;une ville aussi insignifiante fasse son apparition dans le CN ? Personne, \u00e9videmment ! N\u00e9anmoins, cela pourrait se muer en une v\u00e9ritable dynamique,ces deux partis pouvant profiter du repos du PLO pour grimper sur le podium.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1 id=\"6\">Quelles \u00e9quipes pour prendre la rel\u00e8ve dans le TOP 15 ?<\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><em>Analyse par <a href=\"https:\/\/vpmedias.fr\/?author_name=LiberalLeader\">Neptunes<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ce mois-ci n&rsquo;aura pas vu venir de rel\u00e8ve. Les petits partis sont toujours aussi petits,et aucun ne se distingue vraiment parmis les masses. Nous avons plusieurs partis qui sont \u00e0 l&rsquo;assaut du podium,dont 3 qui sont relativement en forme. Excellente campagne \u00e0 <a href=\"http:\/\/wiki.vpmedias.fr\/Dijon\">Dijon<\/a>, o\u00f9 Krusty d\u00e9croche un poste de conseiller. De Valerie qui a \u00e9crit il y a de cela <strong>10 ans<\/strong> le premier classement national d&rsquo;une plume h\u00e9sitante, \u00e0 Yonissart qui s&rsquo;en occupe depuis plusieurs semaines maintenant, en passant par les trente-deux analyses de Sengel ou encore les qualitatives apparitions de Bobmorane qui depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es agit en h\u00e9ros de l&rsquo;ombre pour combler toute absence ponctuelle, ce sont <strong>vingt-neuf r\u00e9dacteurs<\/strong>\u00a0qui ont comment\u00e9 les agitations euphoriques ou accalmies inqui\u00e9tantes chaque semaine afin d&rsquo;entretenir le monument qu&rsquo;est aujourd&rsquo;hui devenu le classement national. En 300 num\u00e9ros, ce monument aura \u00e9t\u00e9 retap\u00e9 en large, en long et en travers. Des relev\u00e9s manuels \u00e0 l&rsquo;automatisation par Magnebot, vingt-neuf restaurateurs se sont succ\u00e9d\u00e9s, chacun y imposant avec ou sans succ\u00e8s sa patte, ce qui cr\u00e9e de la\u00a0<strong>diversit\u00e9<\/strong>\u00a0au sein de ce classement national. Envol\u00e9es lyriques ou introductions concises, tableaux color\u00e9s ou d&rsquo;une \u00e9l\u00e9gante sobri\u00e9t\u00e9, remarques cinglantes ou encouragements bienveillants, il y en a eu pour tous les go\u00fbts. Certes, tout n&rsquo;a pas toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 parfait, mais coquilles, retards ou encore articles manquant quelques fois d&rsquo;objectivit\u00e9 font malgr\u00e9 tout <strong>le charme et l&rsquo;authenticit\u00e9<\/strong> de ce monument.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c0 l&rsquo;heure o\u00f9 l&rsquo;avenir de VPM semble incertain, il est bon de se rem\u00e9morer les temps forts qu&rsquo;a connu ce jeu, toutes ces actions b\u00e9n\u00e9voles qui ont contribu\u00e9 et contribuent \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9volution, sinon \u00e0 la subsistance du jeu, et le classement national en fait ind\u00e9niablement partie. Non, cette semaine, le zoom ne porte pas sur un parti, pourtant le classement national en a tout l&rsquo;air, les arriv\u00e9es, les d\u00e9parts, les moments de calme, de joie, de tristesse, les exploits campagnards, les chutes, les surprises, et m\u00eame les campagnes de pub, faisant partie de son ADN.
